Help identifying wiring block

First Jeep. 2025 Gladiator. Been lurking here since I got it a few weeks ago, but had to sign up in the hopes that someone could identify this/these.


Electrical block behind a small trim panel behind the rear seat. This is the passenger side. Drivers side has fewer wires running to it.
