I don’t generally mod for looks. Most of the time anytime I mod a vehicle it’s because either A: I want extra insurance or, B: it’s something I don’t have that I’ll use.

An example is a bunch of skids and Undercarriage protection. Do I plan on skidding mine across a bunch of rocks? No, but there are tiny stumps and things on logging roads that I go down that make me nervous. Or a extra battery that I can charge with the alternator and use to jump the truck if it dies in the middle of the woods.

Extra spot lights are something I need and use frequently. My storage building is up a road with no lights and if I want to do anything at night it really helps having extra illumination. Plus leaving stuff at the river bank because you can’t see it sucks too.

A winch is one of those things I don’t need often, but when I do need it man I’m glad it’s there.

Drive it around for awhile and research. Buy what makes you feel good. Sometimes it doesn’t matter if you need it or not, it’s just cool. The Mojave is badass stock so it’ll only get more badass with time. I highly recommend steel bumpers though. I went with the Rugged Ridge Arcus because it uses the stock fogs and it looks fairly stock. Oh and it’s light.

This is my 2nd Gladiator and about my 14th Jeep...it really needs nothing for my needs with the exception of better headlights (unless you opt for the LED Mopar ones).

Also added the Oracle reverse lights, NFab side steps,, a hard tonneau cover and larger tires for a bit more clearance and waiting on the Bartact seat covers (Mojave covers were just released) and will install heated seats under them..

Most of the hood mounted lighting won't fit the Mojave, so verify before buying! The 50" lightbars are nice and provide a ton of light but they are noisy (if anyone says they're not, they're deaf!!)

I second the noise issue
