I just realized my back window seal is leaking. It is not the sliding rear window in the back window it is the top of the big main window. I called my local dealer and they said they can’t get me in until after New Years. I would imagine there is some way to make Jeep aware of this issue and get them to fix it under the warranty even though I can’t get an appointment, I’m guessing its just complicated. Anyone have any recommendations. I know warranty related issues can be a pain. Thanks in advance. This forum has been so helpful over the years I am hoping I can get one more piece of good advice lol.
Thanks
Chris

Get it on record - insist that they write up a service order to check it out even if they can't get it in. You reported it prior to warranty expiration - the appoint time is beyond your control. That's how I'd see it if it was my shop.
Send a PM to JeepCares here (@JeepCares) and let them know so it's on record and see what they say, but I bet as long as there's an order written up and it's on record you have a problem with the truck, it would be taken care of - or should be.
Keep track of names, dates and times to CYA - details.

I was told by two dealers as long as it's written up and in the system on a work order..... you are ok. I know some crap dealers may argue - but look at it this way - you take it in on a Tuesday, the last day of the warranty. They take 2 days to fix it - they can't stop because now it's out of warranty. Similar for being on record.
But my advice is always take names and who they are in the organization, dates and times, etc.

This 100%

It's like the voting or amusement park ride rule. If you're in line before it closes, you get to take a turn. Just make sure you're in line!

I had a similar situation with a car long time ago, the car was 70 miles out to end the warranty and the transmission started to slip and the dealer was like 80 miles away. Called the dealer explained the situation and they gave me like a complaint number, drove the car to the dealer with over 12 miles over the warranty mileage when arrived. They replace the transmission, shifting cable and few other things, I end up paying $18 out of my pocket. Don't hurt to ask the dealer.

The other comments about getting it documented is good advice.

Something to be aware of, when they pull and reinstall your window there will fiberglass partials that will fall into the interior. You may wish to ask that they mask off the interior where possible and do a through vacuum when finished.

The dealer in Clermont gave me my JT back after replacing the rear window with fiberglass partials ever where. Even after I had them vacuum it out, I still had to finish the job. Months latter, it was still leaking a bit. I will reseal it myself.
