Help with back up camera

I’ve seen threads talking about updates to the backup camera with a “spinning circle”.
Mine doesn’t show any uploading going on and just says “check entire surroundings” with a black screen.

Any idea what could be wrong? This Jeep was 51K and is 5 days old.

I’m kind of freaking out that something isn’t working this early on.

Warranty replacement if you can, for some reason my experience with these radios has not been good. I have replaced 2 8.4 screens (1 in an GC and 1 in a Challenger) and my 7 inch in the Gladiator is glitchy at times. I was hoping to not have issues with the 7 inch like I did with the 8.4’s, but it will probably need to be replaced as well.

Mine did it too, still had that new camera smell. I trolled around on the Interwebz and found that it was going through an update (?). Any-a-who, Gladys sat all night at work and when I jumped in in the morning...Viola!, Its was working and haven't had a similar glitched yet....months.
