Hitch mounted swing away spare tire carrier and backup camera?

Is there a hitch mounted spare tire carrier that puts the wheel far enough to the side so the backup camera remains functional? Or anything that mounts it to the outside of the bed? I guess the space between tail lights and camera is too tight to really squeeze it in. Anyone using anything but the stock location for their spares?
