He's trying to press out the upper control arm bushing....it's pressed into the differential housing casting (unlike the lowers, which are pressed into the arms)

You caught his response also I see……… with that link that was provided by that other gentleman I can see that the hose bib is pressed into the casting.

SOMETIMES, this works - a very fine chisel worked around the flange a bit at a time, tapping in between fitting flange and casting.
However, bummer, in your case that fitting flange is recessed.
Otherwise I keep old worn out wood chisels and taper them down really thin so they'll fit under about anything and work them in gradually around the perimeter. Don't know why in the world they recessed that area so the flange on that fitting can't be accessed.

He clearly said he's trying to remove the vent tube. Simply cut the bolt, punch out the remainder of the bolt them remove the arm completely

He has the arm out of the way. The bushing is in the casting, not the arm.
The bolt has nothing to do with it.
The vent fitting is in the way of getting the bushing removal tool up in place to press the bushing out of the casting. The arm clearly isn't even in the picture.........

Take a look - where is the control arm? Not in this photo.
You can see the serrations on the end of the center bushing sleeve. He's trying to press the bushing out and get a big fat tool up there to do it but the vent fitting is preventing him from putting the tool over the exposed part of the bushing so he can finish pushing the bushing out.
Bolt has nothing to do with it.

Show me where the control arm is in this picture ->

Make a metal block, hole in the middle just about the size of the fitting.
The block can't be tall as the vertical part of the tube isn't very tall......

Cut that block in half so the hole is in two halves.
Clamp the block on the fitting, should be nice and tight since the hole is a bit tight by virtue of cutting the block in half.
Now pry up against the block.

you can then sell the block on ebay for a fortune as a Jeep Gladiator front axle vent tube removal tool.
