Basically everything in the title. But, I've called the dealer to see if they have an update for me, and was asked to come over so they can diagnose.
I'm surprised they can't pull this up from my VIN or something, is there another way for me to know if I'm up to date?

The dealer only does updates when Jeep tells them it needs done, or if they are trying to resolve a problem.

They need you to bring it in so they can plug it into the computer, so it can tell them if it needs updated. They can look it up by VIN to see if there have been updates since it was built, but they need the truck to compare versions. They don't just update because there's a new version, they need a reason to update so they can bill for it.
