Anyone else install Headlight Revolution reverse LED's on a Gladiator with the Halogen standard light package?

I put them on my Non-LED-package Rubi yesterday and the rubber rim on the bulbs just kind of sits on the round plastic ring in the housing, not really engaging. Its sloppy enough that it was difficult to get them to stay oriented straight (LED's side-to-side). Twist in the wires kept making them spin crooked and they have no grip on the housing fitting so loosely.

I tried emailing them and no response. Also tried calling their number twice today but they had over 30 people in queue waiting both times. They do seem to work, just not happy about them flopping around back there. Hard guys to get ahold of for any kind of support.

Is it the GTR Lighting bulbs with the blue rubber grommet? I just put mine in Friday night and noticed the same thing. There is no way to assure the LED's are oriented side to side because the fitting is loose and kind of just spins. But,they seem to be working fine, so IDK. They are quite a bit brighter than stock and considering how limited the usage is for them, I think I will leave them alone for the time being.

EDIT: Wanted to add, I found the best way to reach HR is to call, then when it asks have them call you back. Usually always get a call within an hour.

I had these in my F150 and it was the same problem. It was loose enough that my tail light filled up water over time and corroded the bulbs contacts. I came to the conclusion they are extremely overpriced junk even if they are bright. I called HR many times and just waited on hold for ever. I’ve purchased many lights from them and it can be hit and miss. The one constant is extremely high prices that don’t always equate to a better product.

Yes its the GTR bulbs. $90 for a pair that don't even actually fit right seems like a rip off...

But they are brighter than stock halogens for sure.
