Welcome to the "Cult".

This should be a stickie for all newbies for what I'm about to say.

"Please post your credit card info. Recommend 2 credit cards. Because they will get smoked in no time. Next, post up a list of all the things you want to do with your JT, and all the mods you want to do. We will then discuss among ourselves on what we think you need. Then we will recommend the need parts to you. If you want a 2" lift. We will recommend a 4" lift. 35" tires will be 37" tires. Buy once, cry once. Then with your credit card info. We will buy the parts for you and have them shipped to you. "

There are some threads about the oem Rubi shocks. You will see that they are valved on the soft side. No one likes them. Best bang for the buck at the moment is the Bilstein 5100. The Mojave shocks are not a straight bolt on. As they use a larger diameter bolt.
I’ve ditched the idea of Mojave suspension and currently in talks with Accutane. They want me to do measurements and see if I can bolt on fox 2.0 reservoirs @ rubicon stock height. I’m not inclined for a lift at the moment considering I have a toddler and vertically challenged wife. According to accutane they can replicate and or deliver a better riding experience with the fox’s, over Mojave OEM.
I am going to level it with the teraflex.

Well pulled the trigger on a left over 24 Rubicon this week. Could not pass up the deal, $69880 sticker, cash price $47888. Now I have two in the driveway and two pallets of aftermarket stuff on the way to get installed over the next 3 weeks. Will be getting a custom armor package from MEK Magnet to protect the paint and will be calling it Red Dawn. Picture attached and color swatch of armor design.

This is my 39th Jeep, yes 39th in the last 53 years.

Picture at dealers, will get some pics and post build progress over the next three weeks.

Hitting the road June 20th for the Overland PNW in Oregon then straight to Montana to meet a dozen other Jeeps for a 45 day Arctic Overland Adventure then I head directly to the Great Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion before heading home for 10 days of rest Sept 1st.

Those grab handles were the second mod i did. Great tips, pulling the 42 fuse will cut the power to the small aux battery? Is it still recommended to pull the fuse even if I drive it weekly? what if I use a tender regularly? I’ll definitely do some research on this.
Definitely do some research on this. Personally, I would keep the electrical as is. Fuse 42 does not kill power from the Aux. It prevents the PCR from opening and that tricks the computer so that it thinks your Aux battery voltage is the same as your main battery.

Congrats! Great deal. I'm seeing 2.9% offered on leftover 24 models. I'm slightly kicking myself on not seeing this offer. I probably could of got a similar monthly payment to my 34k used JTR.

Trying desperately to have the Gladdy finished in time for the Great Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion. Gotta finish the track bar/sector shaft brace, RC Track bar, and 2,5 ton tie rod ends.
I have most of it out waiting for the rain to give me a chance to install everything. That and I'm to old and broken to work at full capacity.
