For the TX folks who have seen the "fluffy white stuff" and talk about the ice we get here. Where do you wheel when it snows? This is the country's 2nd largest state and 95% of it is privately owned, surrounded by signs and lots of fences which only leads me back to the original question, "which Texas HEB parking lot do you wheel in?".

We got a decent amount of white stuff overnight. Still falling too. The Kenda AT2s did well.

Other than the four years I spent at West Virginia University, I’ve always lived in the Deep South (LA, GA, TX). Hell even WV has more of a southern vibe than TX all things considered.

It’s definitely different up here in Massachusetts, but there’s more outdoor activities in this part of the country versus the south for sure. I could definitely see the wifey and I settling down here in the future. I’d prefer Vermont since it’s cheaper than Mass though lol.

I think snow is more of a younger mans game but I always thought, outside of the beach, there are more "outdoor" activities in the north.

At my age Texas is a work requirement for now but being able to live at the beach is my compromise!

Texas definitely has its pros too, that’s for sure. I was lucky enough to see a very large portion of that state when I worked oil and gas (even Corpus). I never made time to go to Big Bend NP though which is a regret. I’ll get back there to visit it some day though.

4-6" early this morning. I was one of the first ones out. First 4 wheeled tracks on our road. Fun times. The Gladiator never ceases to impress me in the snow. Hugged like a banshee - even with 36PSI in the tires.
