I have the Icon 2.5 inch stage 5 suspension system on my Gladiator Rubicon. The front sway bar end links don't have rubber or neoprene bushings at the mounting points and they rattle when I drive on choppy roads.

What's a good alternative to replace them with that will be quieter?

Are you sure they are properly torqued? Rattling would imply something is loose? Run Thier end links on our JLUR for the last 30k miles and I've never heard a rattle even at freeway speeds in the desert dirt. Heims shouldn't rattle unless they are extremely worn out. The link shouldn't rattle in the mount if it's tight.

No noise at speed on the highway or city streets. Only low speed on choppy roads. It's loose at the heims but this suspension system only has 16,000 miles on it and I don't off-road this Jeep. Can't see why they'd be worn out.

Why not contact Icon and see what they say?
Did you do the installation or someone else?

1. I did. They asked if they were torqued properly. They are. These aren't complicated.

2. Two very good friends who are certified mechanics, part of the local off-road community and have installed suspension systems on several 4x4s. And I was there helping throughout the install.

Again, these parts in question are simple. One bolt at each end. It's impossible to get it wrong. They never made noise until recently. I suspect the heim joints are worn out.

I'm not asking anyone to diagnose my problem. I'm asking for suggestions to replace the parts.

Seems simple to me, with the warranty, but if you just do not want their goods again, why not either go with the Apex autolinks or a quality fixed set from Metalcloak, Terfalex, or another brand that isn't Rough Country.
