Ignition Wire under Dash

Question on the "ignition wire" under the dash ( with the 4 aux wires and Battery wire). I'm assuming that it powers up when the start button is in Acc mode. Just want to check before crawling under there

They're not too far under, but are taped up quite well. They look like part of the harness they are attached to.

One is always hot, the other is switched with the ignition. I would assume that also means ACC as well as RUN, but never tested it. I only use the hot wire.
