We still need to weigh our rig fully loaded out. But we also went with the Airlift 1000 lb air bags. This is in addition to the MOPAR 2" lift and we swapped out the rear coil springs with TeraFlex 3.5" dual rate coil springs. Definitely have our rake back even with the weight we are carrying on the rig.

Curious as to the PSI you are running on the Airlift bags @smlobx

(also as a side note, read through your DIY seat delete, was really impressed with your skills. I wish I had an ounce of that handymanness <~ is that a word?)

I went with the Timbren SES kit. I wanted a zero maintenance solution, and I didn't want to have to worry about sticks and things puncturing an air bag on the trail. I love the Timbren kit. Rides 100% like stock until I load the truck, then the rubber springs start assisting with absolutely no intervention from me and like I said, zero maintenance for the life of the truck.

Thanks Eric! I’m still building my rig out and won’t know exactly how much air to use but my initial testing suggests somewhere in the 20 to 30# range.

I've been trying to keep up with your families travels and enjoyed the commentaries. We were in BBNP earlier this year and did Black Gap in my F-350 Expedition Truck Camper...wish I had the Gladiator! and like you will someday return to explore that area more.
I'm building our rig to explore Baja as well as other areas and have enjoyed reading about your travels there. But first for us is about a month in Utah this Sept/Oct to test out the (hopefully completed) rig...

Do y'all have plans to be at either Overland Expo Mountain West or Overland Expo West this year by chance?
