Was that an LE lightbar or one of those wide load caution type lightbars?

Old school halogen LE lightbar.

Truck wasn't marked in any way. Stock Willys with those big ass aftermarket fender flares and some offroad lights on the bumper.

My guess is nerdy fella with an affection for police, old school light bars, or both.

Or a really random side quest he has going on.
