I am still puzzled by what "takeoffs" mean? Is it literal?

Like Rubicon takeoffs? It's literally taking parts off of another vehicle and putting them on your own. Usually shocks, springs, or fender flares.

People buy aftermarket parts, wheels, tires, bumpers, and sell the OEM parts they take off.

Watching what Raptor owners do to their trucks does two things:

1- entertains the living daylights out of me. I mean, they are the pure embodiment of "hey- hold my beer."

2- serves as the reminder of why you should never, under any circumstance, buy a used Raptor. Ever.

Id love to go to a raptor forum and lurk. “Help! Broken shocks/frame/whatever after 80ft jump at 130mph!! Ford sucks!! I thought it was made for this!!?!” ??
