Hey- my new gladiator came with four AUX switches; I want to use one of them to power foot LEDs. I know there’s a group of wires that extends out from behind the radio to behind the glove box. Short of that, there is minimal information I can find on how to actually wire something into these interior lines. Anyone have any info or experience ?

The leads run out by the battery, they will be tucked away/ taped up between the battery and fender. There's 1 lead for each button, so you'll need to figure out which one you want - they are different ratings. Then its just the matter of running your wires back into the cab where you need it.

The positive terminal on the light connects to one of the wires, the negative terminal connects to the frame. There are six wires in the inside bundle. One for each AUX switch, one that is switched with the ignition, and one that is hot all the time.

I was just told there is a wiring harness under the carpet on the passenger side below the glove box.
I haven't looked yet so I can't confirm this, but it's worth a look.
This may also help in your endeavor.

Okay, there are wires in the engine bay and behind the glove box, yes, both places. Inside it's not under the carpet, just wrapped in with a existing harness bundle behind the glove box, not hard to find. Like the above chart there are 6 wires, four of them can be on your aux switches. On your center display you can program each individual switch. On/off with ignition, On/off with battery. Most likely for some low draw interior lights you would probably use aux 3 or 4, but check your rating and don't listen to some internet puke like me. Then of course you need a ground. If you never crimped or overhead soldered or don't know how to test for ground get somebody that knows how. It's actually very basic and easy, a great option to have. Hopefully this is of some use.
