I purchased and installed Mopar factory aux switches. Install went fairly well and have been activated and appear in UConnect display. The lights on the switches do not light up when pushed. I have an appointment at the dealer to check but wanted to see if there was any advise before taking it in. Have checked all wires and are inserted in proper slots. All fuses seem good. How can I determine where the problem is?

How long between when you finished the install and activated them and the time you tried to use them?
How did you activate?

Have you checked to make sure you've got 12v at the AUX leads? Check your grounds...

I have checked the ground on the frame in the engine compartment but maybe I will try to move it to another post.

Tested with the ignition on??

I just had the install completed by dealer. 2 work no ignition, 2 work only if ignition is on. All this programmable in the Uconnect. You may know but I wanted to make sure I shared.

Thank you I was aware of the programmability

checked ground on frame and moved to different location - no resolve. Have 12v before and after the 5 amp fuse. 12v at the switch on all wires except black wire. No power/voltage at aux ends.
