Interior dome and behind the back seats lights not working.

It's not the dial/dimmer switches or any setting that I have seen in settings. The map lights function when turning them on and the floorboard lights come on with all four doors. Can't get the large dome light to come on at all or the two lights behind the back seats. Also, as some others have complained, the left dimmer dial seems to do absolutely nothing.

Not a fuse issue either, checked almost every single one.

I'd like to take a look behind the switch panel but I'm not sure how to access it. Does anyone know if it can be easily pried out?

If someone has the tech manual and can look up possible causes and/or how to access this switch I really would appreciate some advice.

2021 Sport S MT. Reviewed that thread several times before posting - thanks though.

It's under warranty but dealer is 60 miles away. Was trying to avoid having to leave it there.
