Howdy folks.

My iPhone is connected to Uconnect Wifi, says so in my WiFi settings on the phone, and also under the Wifi setup page on Uconnect. Yet, my phone says LTE where you expect to see the Wifi symbol.

I walk into my office, or home, the phone immediately connects to wifi and LTE goes away, wifi symbol displayed..

I called AT&T and they said there is a known, recent issue with the Uconnect family.

It's like I'm connected to the Uconn network but no wifi data is being pumped to my phone, so LTE stays on. Not sure.

Thoughts? Similar experiences?

I have the same issue here. Shows a connection but won’t work, unfortunately the reason I paid for it was for traveling over the holidays so my daughters could connect their tablets for movies. Might have to see if AT&T will reimburse me.

I had the same issue. Hold down the volume and tune buttons for about 20ish seconds and the radio will reboot. After it rebooted my started working.
Hope this helps

yup, you need to reboot the head unit, I have to do it every week or two. Hold them down and slowly count to 15 (it says ten seconds, but if you don't do it long enough it wont work)release them and it should reboot and the jeep logo will come up on the screen once the system reboot is complete then you should be able to connect as normal again in a couple of minutes. This is usually a problem after an iOS or System update or when the gods deem internet no longer necessary in our lives.

You can test if it's actually working by turning cellular off and see if you can brows anything.
