Is a tazer a good replacement for an autostop start eliminator?

I actually disengaged the sensor under the hood. No issues, except the warning that my Auto Start needs fixed and the dashboard warning above the gas gauge.

I started with an Autostop. I gave it to my cousin and bought a Tazer.

Yes, it has its quirks but like others said if you want to modify other settings it's the way to go. Three honk being one of the best features. Lighting up the campground with your reverse lights from the fob is another favorite.

Over the weekend I used the Tazer's 2000 rpm winch mode to crank up a dead battery in my BMW in no time flat.
Those are some my favorite functions. I especially love the turning on reverse lights with 3 unlocks, coupled with my aux reverse lights, it is a game changer when unloading a bed at night or uncoupling a trailer.
Also the seat belt ding and auto park w/ door open elimination

As for issues, I had some when I first used it was not until I went through the instructions and fully followed the: marry, shut down, and 2 wake process
I have not had an issue since

I am very pleased with my $39
Stop/Start Eliminator
I got that for my Parents for their JL. It works great easy install, they had no need for the Tazer and to be honest my dad at 76 has a hard enough time with the tech already in the jeep

I learned to drive a VW bug when I was 14
with only a speedometer/odometer,
and turn signal and headlight indicators.
At age 79 in a few months
I'm still trying to keep up with technology.
