Is there any lift that prevents adding a steering stabilizer?

I have a metal cloak. 3.5 when I started to ask. A seller about installing a. Falcon nexus atf 2.2. They started asking me about tie rods? Did not make any sense. So. Can I do that ?

Oe and aftermarket tie rods are different diameters, so you need the corresponding tube clamp. Thats probably why they asked.
