JCR off-road, stay away

I have the Epic adventure Crow fronts and love it. Ordered the JCR off-road rear Molle setup and it arrived simply stacked together and wrapper in plastic. All the panels rubbed together during shipping causing damage to the powder coat on each panel. I contacted them via email and they wanted photos. I sent them and they ghosted me. I’ve try to contact them again and no response. I will just re powder coat them myself.

the Molle panels work but could use some small design changes. These are even pointed out in the review section on their site

Send them an email with a link to this thread. I was considering those, now not so much. I hate companies that ghost customers. Maybe they’ll learn to package their crap better. Hard ass.

Yup I posted the link in a review also on the jlwranglerforum. Someone finally reached out after I had posted I had it in my blasting cabinet ready for me to powder coat it. I was working so I couldn’t answer the call. They now have removed reviews from their site

I ended up fixing it myself

That's a shame. I have their bed rack, headache panel, front molle bed panel and rear seat roof molle panel. Good products that arrived in good shape.
