Jeep App Fails to Update

I recently purchased a Gladiator and installed the Jeep app on my iPhone. I can remotely start and lock the doors. What puzzles me is that the status has not been updated since October 2022. The gas level fails to update, the odometer and oil service life also don't update. If I hit refresh on the location a few times, it will finally update. Any known fixes?
