Has anyone had the experience of getting started with jeep cares and then have them fall off the face of the earth?
I started with a specialist first by email and then by phone to discuss my steering issues and a few other concerns. I then could no longer reach her, then I was contacted by someone else saying she is taking over (by email) and I responded to her and now no response. My issues were addressed with the dealer the day after delivery on August 29. They, of course, have done nothing to address the issues and now weeks go by with nothing from Jeep/FCA either.
Maybe they are so busy trying to figure out how a brand new design went so wrong or hoping we will all just go away and leave them alone, like my dealer.

Not my experience..in fact quite the opposite. Despite my problem still existing they insisted on "closing the case" I told them I really didn't want the case closed until the problem was fixed. Basically I felt they really didn't actually care about the problem and I felt as long as they were meeting some metric...all was good in the FCA world. You know...graphs that look good over customer service stuff. So I'm surprised your case is still open without someone calling you.
