They are as American speaking as anyone else here. I've talked to them on the phone, and their emails definitely don't wreak of a foreign language conversion like Giggle translate.
Haven't talked with American yet including the 7 hours on interstate talked with 4 or 5 non Americans that nite they didn't understand what a mile marker was wreckers 2 hrs away finally used Google and got local wrecker..They are as American speaking as anyone else here. But I have been known to be wrong..most call centers are out of country tax/labor costs

My step daughter overfilled her Jeep because the pump didn’t shut off. I told her to contact Jeep Cares because it would take so long to replace her fuel system (Jeep warranteed that even though I think it was her fault). Jeep cares got her a rental - fully covered for the month plus it took to get her fuel system replaced.
Jeep doesn't have tow services. So it still was just another wrecker driver. Jeep doesn't own or operate trucks, nor do they have drivers on their payroll. They call people, likely under contract, and it's the luck of the draw. But they are no better or worse than anyone else you would call.
Even working in a shop that didn't deal with "factory warranty" issues - if there was any question, unless you had PROOF, you were going to try the cheaper options first.
