Don't think the call Center is even in the USA...
They are as American speaking as anyone else here. I've talked to them on the phone, and their emails definitely don't wreak of a foreign language conversion like Giggle translate.

JC isn't a call center.........

If you talked to wrecker drivers, well, then likely they were speaking acquired English. They have no connection to Jeep.

What was your situation and what did they actually do for you?
My step daughter overfilled her Jeep because the pump didn’t shut off. I told her to contact Jeep Cares because it would take so long to replace her fuel system (Jeep warranteed that even though I think it was her fault). Jeep cares got her a rental - fully covered for the month plus it took to get her fuel system replaced.

Jeep doesn't have tow services. So it still was just another wrecker driver. Jeep doesn't own or operate trucks, nor do they have drivers on their payroll. They call people, likely under contract, and it's the luck of the draw. But they are no better or worse than anyone else you would call.
My preference would go to the services that have a AAA connection - they are usually pretty well vetted.

From where I'm sitting, you could easily be AI..
Well, they just ain't gonna throw a new transmission in before trying the options.

Even working in a shop that didn't deal with "factory warranty" issues - if there was any question, unless you had PROOF, you were going to try the cheaper options first.
There are times there are actually multiple possibilities, no matter how good you are at troubleshooting. And in those cases, the customer is given the choice, of course they are paying!
There are enough times that the less extensive and less expensive options actually do resolve an issue.
