I was amused/frustrated the last time I called. When I connected with the chat, I first explained that I have ordered the 2020 Gladiator. Then I went on to say that the last time I checked the vehicle was in D status... and could she please check if it was still in D status?

She did the same schpeal congratulating me - aren't I excited - please wait while she checks the status - and then comes back with the same damn response about production times etc. I was polite and since she didn't answer my question, I repeated my request - was it still in D status? (By now, we've scrolled down the page quite a ways.) Yes, the vehicle is in D status. Thank you and bye for now...

I wish they could skip all the hand holding, cut-and-paste responses and just come straight to answering the question quickly!

Sigh. Impatient much? LOL

I believe that are operating 24 hr Monday - Saturday.

I have been checking my build daily with chat and have yet to run into to much of an issue with them. Two days ago they told me my build was released from the factory and ready for shipping. I asked if that was KZ then she came back and said I'm sorry your build is still stuck in JB hell

Other than that one screw up they have been pretty helpful.

Vivian told me that I'm on Day 18 of D status. Feels like a lot more than that! LOL
