I just stopped by the local dealership, and granite is out. I don’t quite like the sheen on it... so now I’m thinking a White - Launch Edition...

I’m so torn tho. Sting Gray is really an amazing color.
You mean gator!?

I haven't heard anything. This is actually news to me.
Maybe these were the “government” trucks you were informed about? Seems like it was pretty secret. Could have been their way of letting you know there was going To be a high priority dedicated start while still keeping it under wraps.

Well here are my 2 cents on the "Launch" edition.
It's loaded to the nuts with every option available.
Your choice will be the colors.

That's what I understand, and hope. Although they confuse things by saying that the Launch Edition has a manual transmission standard with an option for an Automatic... so the price that's been shared $60k for the Launch Edition is probably with the auto, and it might be cheaper with a manual?

I'm sure we'll get all the details monday...

true, didnt really think about that. But they did say it would be ordered online so i have a feeling the dealer wont have much say.
OnLine ? Be careful the "ordering" isn't going to an Off-Shore Account in the name of some "Ruski" named Boris ! Them Ruski Hackers "know a thing or two, cause they've hacked a thing or two !" :swear: ;)

My dealer emailed me the official FCA release on this already this morning saying this is what I “need” to do!! Ha! I am meeting with him Monday am to go over this as well as my order. Can’t wait to get this going and have even an estimated delivery date! Hopefully these will be “early” delivery of the “late” granite color!!
You should definitely get TWO . . . a His & Hers . . . of course your color options are quite limited, but hey when the "real Colors" come out you can always trade up ! ? :headbang:

I don’t know much about Raptors but I am pretty sure the winch is not included nor are rock rails. So if you add the price of those to a JT you need to add that same pricing to a Raptor otherwise your logic falls out the window. Besides different rigs for different purposes. Wonder what it would cost to add a soft top to a Raptor?
Been wondering about that . . . what are the "Raptor Purposes" ? Is it Ego ? this and the Power Wagon are definitely "Purpose Built" . . . question is, for WHO, and what % of time ownership do they get to fulfill that "Purpose" ?
The Gladiator is also "purpose built" but more so for "the many" ! It's greater flexibility of uses is its drawing card, along with its manageable size ! ;) :like:
