I switched to Hank's Belts a long time ago, so the sagging was more of a concept. Except for 1911's, those will make your belt sag. REAL 1911's, not 9mm aluminum Officer's Kobra Commander Eclipse models.

Full-sized has changed a LOT in 25 years, was my other assertion.
I don't like hanks belts for gun carry. I find the holes to be too far apart. I bought one to use as a gun belt and couldn't get the fit just right. But its a great belt. ha.

Also if I wanted a bronco… I’d go buy one
Well, not exactly. You can order one, and maybe get it by Xmas 2022 if you're cool with a lower trim model with the hefty bag soft top.

My first vehicle was an Early Bronco and I loved that thing. I had high hopes for the Bronco when it was first hinted at being brought back, but I wouldn't get one now.

For the money I could build a real nice EB.

when they first showed the new bronco everyone and their dog asked me if I was going to get one. At the time I was driving my 78 scout II as my daily driver. My answer was why would I buy a plastic one when I have the original that bronco copied right here. I also built two 1967 scout 800s. I never considered buying a bronco, especially when I was driving “Old Painless”

They got us, my jealousy cannot be contained. The Bronco getting tube doors is a Jeep killer! If only we had tube doors.

If only...

It's just a lame, lazy, non-creative headline. Sure, I'm jealous of your tube doors, when I've had mine for decades, along with the half doors and removable top I've been enjoying since the 90s.

I'm sure it's been said but the headline is probably true and it's what I've been saying for a while now... the average Jeep owner isn't a traditional Jeep owner. The average Jeep owner wants to look rugged on their new showroom clean Rubicon on 37s cruising around town. They are the same crowd that replaces phones annually and loves all the nice things so of course they're going to want the newest rugged topless SUV.

Jeep will release an updated Wrangler in a few years and then that will be the hot thing to buy. For the rest of us that bought this Jeep for a capability and for the classic Jeep owner, nothing is going to change.

Well, I'm a first-time Jeep owner, had lots of friends with Jeeps, and spent a lot of time in an old Bronco back in the day. My other ride is an F250 and I've had multiple Ford trucks and I love them. Needless to say, I was less than impressed with the Bronco, but if that what floats your boat.. So be it. No buyer remorse, I got what I wanted.

Sounds like the author is just trying to stir up some shit to write about in the future. Also, saying the Bronco is basically a Jeep knock off, is a stretch, at best. We have them both, and it's comparing apples to oranges. Oh, we didn't pay 80K either. We paid less than I paid for my JTR.
