Took my JT in for normal service this weekend and mentioned the noise again. Thankfully this time the tech was able to replicate it and a new set of rear shocks was ordered. I did also retorque the rear upper and lower control arms to 185 and 200 (based off the Mopar 2 inch lift kit specs) which seemed to help quite a bit with noise and a slight squirrelly feeling over rough terrain as well. I'll update my side once the new shocks are installed.
