A bit of an update, and perhaps clarification and correction.
NHTSA isn't strictly correct when you look up recalls and get their information.......
NHTSA says 2022 model year, and yet it does cover 2021 as well, at least some of them and the early 2023 model year is possible.
They have some dates twisted up on the official MOPAR recall release - check this out:

Batteries involved were made January 21, 2021 through October 2, 2021.
So it's a limited run of batteries.
Yet, FCA says -
The suspect period began on September 18, 2020 when production began using cells made January 21, 2021, through October 2, 2021.
How can a Jeep made in October, November or December 2020 be suspect because it used a battery made AFTER the vehicle was produced?

Basically it is any JLU 4xe made with the batteries that were manufactured 1-21-21 through 10-2-21 so it can't possibly include Jeeps made and delivered before the batteries were even available. And I find it odd that they had so many batteries on hand in this world of "just in time manufacturing" that Jeep was still building vehicles in 2023 with batteries already well over a year old.
Your Jeep built March 1, 2023 was using a battery made in September or October 2021??

the issue will be a bad ground screw to which the only way to get the part is if the order the entire frame, which will be on backorder. Once back order clears they will have to fix all models not sold yet. so your looking at a 12-64 month wait. Likely overlapping another Union strike. Once that is over the part number will have changed showing the dealership the parts are no longer available.

Who knows - when FCA releases logic like this -

The suspect period began on September 18, 2020, when production of Jeep Wrangler PHEVs with battery cells manufactured from January 21, 2021, through October 2, 2021 began,

Think about that - the suspect period began 9-18-20
when they started using batteries made 1-21-21

Wow, that's amazing ability - Jeep really is ahead of their time.

Some great videos on YT of 4Xes blowing up because of the battery pack gassing out into the interior or cabin of the vehicle.

"IF" I were ever to buy some thing that had a charging port on it........it would never be in my garage. I value my family and home above a plug in vehicle

I was being a smart a$$. Been having bad luck with my dealership and just want my warranty over with HAHA. Whatever faith i had no longer exists. I still love my Jeep and technology is never without its gremlins. it is sad how the dealerships just don't seem to try to even break the stereotype.

I do truly hope no one here is (or anyone) affected by this most current issue. It sucks to be so passionate about the brand and have literally zero support from the manufacturer.
