Added some Ditch Lights.
In the public safety world they're called 'Alley Lights' or 'Intersection Lights'
They're at about a 30 degree angle.

Mounted only, not wired yet.

I would've wired them EXCEPT for 3 reasons:
and this is my story and I'm sticking to it...

Beer is Good...

The alley lights look good. I think it kinda completes the look. I like it! Although, I hope they are easily removable cuz I have a feeling offroading with them will be a bit hard.

well, they're tucked pretty tight.
I'm using the bumper wing bolts, NO DRILL!

If they rip, they rip. I think it'd take some gnarly shit that I'm not willing to go after, VOLUNTARILY anyways.
I won't cry too much if they rip.

IN Florida, you don't chase balls into the rough, there's WAY too much BAD SHIT in the rough that'll eat you.

k, so I wired in the Ditch Lights, and cleaned up all the front bumper wiring, loomed it up clean, etc.

They'll be some ad-libbing here.

So a couple of weeks ago, I got a bug up my ass and decided it was just simply too much work to rotate 6 handles and undo two clips to remove the Freedom Tops.

Solution? BesTop SunRider!

k, so this thing came in, and of course, HAD to go on IMMEDIATELY cause, well just cause.

So I dicked around for at least 3 beers staring at these two side rails convinced they sent me the wrong shit.
THEN decided, I've got POWER TOOLS, I can beat this thing! cause stupid.

So a half hour later, IT'S ON!
WHOOHOO!
still fits weird, BUT IT'S ON DAMMIT!

K, next morning run it through the car wash, NO LEAKS!
WOW!
plus being able to pop the 2 releases and throw it open IS GREAT!

K, so that rear fit is annoying me, I'm NOT in denial, I'm relatively sure I am the cause of it, but keep tightening and it's just not sitting right.

K, let's get BesTop involved:
Hey Bestop PEEPs!
I installed a Sunrider on my Gladiator, LUVIN IT!
The two rear corners aren't sitting down, (see pics)
What'd I screw up?

24 Hours later, Adam emails me back:
You so STUPID!
The rails are ALL FUBAR'd.
Take it ALL apart and reinstall it STRAIGHT this time,
AND BE SOBER dammit!
embarrassing...
THIS is why we had to start offering install service.
OK, not those EXACT words, but you get the jest of it...

Low and Behold, when redone, IT FITS!

I've suggested to BesTop that they start IQ testing prospective buyers first.
Adam replied with, I wish...

and that last part IS 100% true...
