34,000 miles and the front end is getting a bit “giggly” and pulls right regardless of the alignment. Excessive play in tie rods. Going to Rusty’s Tie Rod and Draglink set up. Will share once I get it on the Jeep. Also found a couple of bad axle end control arm bushings - going to replace those too.

Unboxed and everything lined up for install just need some time and weather to cooperate. This setup is beefy.

Got it installed. Took me over 6 hours. Probably shouldn’t taken so long but spent time looking for tools, broke my grease gun and rigged it up so I could grease the joints. Stock drag link and tie rods were smoked - flipping all over the place at 34,000 miles. Got a crooked steering wheel. Over corrected when I tried to “eyeball” it by myself. Very beefy. Very smooth.

Found a bad heim joint in the Rusty’s front track bar. I remember when I installed this - being skeptical that this would hold up. Replaced the heim for now but probably going to a different manufacturer.

Aux battery died. Went through the wheel well to replace. Seemed less errr prone than messing with the electrical distro box.

Factory Fox Rubi shock are way too floaty. Bilstein 5100s coming soon

Got my Bilstein 5100s on. The Rusty’s shock extensions were rusted to the axle. Had to heat and cut the rears off. Took way too long. Much more controlled ride - borderline harsh on some bad road sections but not floaty and uncontrolled like before with the Fox Rubi shocks - which were shot.
