Almost time guys! Been catching up on the thread this morning and building stoke for the trip.

I’m planning on being there early on Monday and staying in Ridgeway - I’ll meet the group everyday at the trailhead we choose to run.

if anyone is in town Monday and wants to grab food or check out the area let me know - otherwise I’m planning on ending Monday at the hot springs and will see everyone when the main body arrives Tuesday.

I have a couple midland hand held. Since this is my first adventure from what I consider flat land. I will do an inventory list and pic. SAT.This is going to be a great !!
My most unfamiliar is when to lock lockers ,front or only rear to still have better steering when climbing.I need to get a front camera also ,for better view crawling.

I have no camera or lockers. Lockers will go in once I finish my axle upgrades. Frankly, have yet to need them.

I've got a tire puncture kit and a tow strap for recovery but that's it at the moment on recovery gear. I have a built in GMRS radio and 2 handhelds so I can spare one if someone needs it. Might relocate my radio because where its at its hard to hear at highway speeds.

I'm up here now and have yet to turn on my lockers. Nothing here is extreme except for the wall on Poughkeepsie. I Chickened out and did not try the wall after watching two 6 inch lift gladiators struggle on it. Poughkeepsie is worth doing for the blue lake. It was breathtaking.

Black bear wasn't bad, but I will need two new tires soon thanks to Hugging the wall a little to much.

I will say mineral creek was sketchy as hell in a few places. It was one of the most difficult ones I did here in my opinion.

No permit needed. There is only handful of trails in Colorado that require OHV permit.
I went to the CO. park site, well purchased yearly vehicle pass money goes to one of the best causes I can think of wildlife.

We can make a group decision on Mineral Creek. There are other ways to hit the Loop.

That is a good cause. A lot of us locals buy those, even if we don't use the trails that require OHV permit the money still goes to maintaining the trails.
