hey @Pbmax , can you confirm what USBank's residual and MF are?

The chrysler numbers were worse. This JT is going to be like $80 a month more than what i thought it was.
I’ll ping my buddy and see what US banks rates are. As of last week, residual was 66% on the Rubicon 12k 39/42 mo. MF .0012.

No sweat. It may take a day for a response. Historically US bank has better rates and residuals over Chrysler- from my experience. Do you have your adjusted cap cost? What monthly payment did the dealer give you on a 10/39 lease?

If 42,614 is the selling price and you are rolling in acquisition fee of $695, tags, doc fee, you are probably around an adjusted cap cost of 43,614. Put $509 down the adjusted cap cost is now 43,114
I’m coming in at $417 per month assuming a 9% monthly tax rate. The link below should have my inputs saved for you to play around with.

i dunno what's wrong($433 vs $417, and our taxes are only 5.5%) , but it sounds like i have to pay the acquisition fee, tags, $75 doc fee all up front, maybe i'm wrong.

I had you at 39 month and your data is showing 36. That would impact the monthly. Also, drive off is approx $900 including first month and 500 down. and they are rolling in acquisition because the amt. is 43k

You guys aren't specifying mileages every time you quote, so everyone can't rely on this unless this is known. I assume you're discussing 12k/year...

i reached out to travis@tricity and he confirmed 71% residual 36/10k from usbank
75% residual 36/10k chrysler

and he had no idea i was checking his rates against another dealer. So sounds like both dealerships are on the up and up or price colluding accross the country, lol.

Do you have any money factor info for August? I am look for 36/10 or 36/12 for a Sport or Sport S in 92064. Edmunds has the residuals but no info on mf. What kind of discounts are most people seeing on the gladiators? I have a couple of them offering $2500 off of msrp.
