Call your dealership. They get your VON as part of the confirmation process. Then enter the VON on Jeep chat and they will get you the VIN. Had my VON From my dealership same day I ordered.

I have talked to the dealership several times inquiring about the VON and still nothing. I ordered a sport s with max tow, hardtop, aux switches and running boards.
That's crazy. Ordered my JTRD 1/28. Still waiting to get built.

checked again today 2-17-22 they said had completed final build and was entering inspection. I’m sorry you guys are having to wait that would drive me crazy. I would guess my luck has something to do with the price of mine. Fully loaded GLADIATOR Rubicon Diesel White. Hope y’all don’t have to wait much longer.
So from placing the order to delivery of the Gladiator, how long was the actual process?
Don't get too ahead of yourself. Chances are likely you'll be in the shipping stage for a bit due to delays. My JTR was built in a little under 3 weeks of ordering it. My ship date has already been pushed back once and It only goes by truck, not rail.
