Hi there group,
Just purchased my Gladiator. Found a dealer with 42 of them on the floor. I'm new to the area and only had been to one local dealer. Love that Snazzberry Pearl color, found out FCA was discontinuing that color so, SOL, if I had to order it from the factory. To make the story quick, used the rebate for the Overland of 500 + 500 off and then asked and got 1500 off additionally. Plus, I noticed that this Willys had the older pricing difference of 1200 from current Monroney pricing. No dealer fee and had to pay additionally, for new tags and docs 115 and sales tax up here in SC of 500. MSRP: 48,635 Total: 46,750 out the door. paid 5000 cash, financed 41,750 for 60 mos. at 2.14% through my bank. So, now I have to get stuff for it, any suggestions? I started with the Tyger Auto T3 Soft Tri-Fold Truck Bed Tonneau Cover Compatible, and I was really loving the concept of the BedRug Full Bed Liner PART # BRI-BRJ20SBK. What else is a good start?

Andrew, I am on the coast of SC. Do you know of any dealerships in SC offering below invoice pricing on factory build orders.

Best advice anyone gave me when I got mine was don't be in a rush to upgrade anything. Drive it for alittle bit and then look at upgrades based on how you use it. It's easy to start spending alot and then find out you should have gone a different direction.

Redline hood struts are a good start on mods.

I don't know if my price was below anything. I was just looking at the Monroney stickers at this dealership because they had so many Glads. I wanted to see up close the variations of this model. BTW,, I drove the Mojave, and boy was there a difference in the oversteer from the Willys. Maybe because the Mojave is higher than the regular Glad. One thing lead to another. Love the color and because it's discontinued I just gave it a shot, Probably could have gotten more money off but am extremely pleased I did as well as I did.

That's all that matters - that you feel like you got a great deal. Could have you gotten a better deal? Maybe. Could you have paid a lot more? Absolutely.

At the end of the day, it's your Jeep, and you're happy with it.

I'm happy for you too. It's a nice color, and you got it below MSRP - which in today's market is saying a lot.

Sometimes getting a good deal is more about getting what you want than how much you save in the process .. Obviously there are limitations , but walking away 1/2 satisfied while getting the cheapest price will quickly wear away . I just faced this decision and went all in . I am happy I didn't short change my happiness to save a few bucks.

I got exactly what I wanted and saved $15,000 by ordering in the process. Well actually saved $8,000 but the dealers near me have that $7,000 “market adjustment” so I guess you can count that in the buying off of the lot process.
Also had to wait a year and change to get Gobi but hey, good things come to those who wait right??
Glad you’re happy with your purchase. Really like Snazz but for the last vehicle I’ll ever purchase I went with the color I like the most.
Happy trails

Had a Tyger Tri-fold on my Ram. They are really good for the price, in fact that was the first thing I ordered for the Gladiator. Followed by Go Rhino D1 steps, and a bimini shade.
