Just received my Black Friday order at decent discount but if I would have know that I would be receiving clearly someone elses returned product I would have just payed full price.

Torn box which caused lights to bounce around during shipping and tape over tape confirming the box was previously opened. I understand that warranty still applies but sell as "B" stock or ar least indicate that item could of been a return.

I appreciate the prompt reply on this matter and your willingness to help.
I will keep and install the item as received and if an issue comes up I will use the warranty. Hoping to install the SS3 this weekend so I really didn't want to wait and hassle with RMA process.

FWIW, their RMA process is one of the better ones...they sent my replacement headlight before requiring the old one back. A bit of a stretch, but it's not impossible that you could receive a set by Saturday.

FWIW, their RMA process is one of the better ones...they sent my replacement headlight before requiring the old one back. A bit of a stretch, but it's not impossible that you could receive a set by Saturday.

1 quick phone call and our team will locate your order if retail-based and arrange a replacement set to ship out the same day before 4 pm CST along with a free return label.

On December 7th we provided information to contact our team and investigate your order.

Any product ordered directly through retail is brand new in the box and packaged by our production/warehouse team at our HQ.

In addition, any returned product is thoroughly inspected by a team of trained individuals in our returns/receiving department.

However, if you ordered through Amazon then you might be dealing with the Amazon fulfillment team that is not a part of our operations at Diode Dynamics.

Amazon and some other authorized websites selling our products take returns and do not perform proper inspections before reselling and shipping.
