If you get the resistors they list and install them as they direct, you shouldn't have any issues.

The tazer will work for rubicon led fenders. At least mine did. On my 2018 JL sport I added LED rubicon fenders, my jeep did not come with factory LED's.

What if I don't wanna deal with load equalizers? Can I just get a Tazer and clear the wrong code? Will the light still work as it should?

No if you already have LED's you shouldn't get an error message at all.
