KC Highlights Flex Era 3 - Question about backlight

Hi... thinking about getting these as pillar pod lights.
I just realized they had a back-light. Can the backlight be wired to the daytime running lights?
Has anyone done this?

Thank you! I actually saw that thread in my search, but the first time I read it, it didn't seem clear. It is now that I've read it a couple of times. LOL

I wired the backlight on mine (on the pilar) to the oem aux switch that also controls my rock lights. I have 8 KC rocks lights under the truck in amber. It looks great. I was actually debating switching my KC Slimlights on my bumper to the FE4s purely for the looks (and I guess the increased light output)
