Keyless entry not working on passenger door???

Hey fello jeepers

I got a gladiator rubicon fully loaded with keyless entry and recently when I put my doors back on my passenger door stoped doing keyless entry? The doors plugged in because I got power to the windows and the door does lock with the remote but doesn’t unlock or lock with the handle. Also the inside buttons (lock and unlock? Don’t work. But works from The drivers door. Wondering if anyone ran into this problem or knows how to fix it.

Maybe you need to reset it through the u-connect system? Or it could be a bent pin in the connector.

have you tried turning it off and on?

seems a fair amount of problems are resolved by waiting for the computer system to figure out what's going on.

This has been like this for 3 days now it’s kinda frustrating now having to pull my key out to open or lock the door if I need somthing from the passenger side

The bent pin would be on the other side connector, the one in the footwell.

I see a few bent pins there that may not be seating correctly.

Seems like a good way to ensure you do not have to take the spouse on a road trip, lol.......just saying.....sorry dear, door wont open so you have to stay at home.....

Nope nothings working. I try bending the pins straight, resetting everything nothing. So weird.

There's a thread about the wiring harness on the JL Forum. Search on "bent pins."

I just put my doors back on and had a little trouble with the driver's door harness. The door is locking, but the radio will not cut off right away when I open the door now. Not a biggie, but I'd like to fix it. Doors still lock. I do not have proximity entry. I never had a problem before in my 2018 JL.

Based on this post, I would guess you've broken the pins. They are not in your image.
