For anyone else looking for powder match options, here is another comparison of the above. This photo is the PSS-5675 (which Prismatic lists as their match for Sarge Green) sitting on top of the lid for Mopar's PGG Sarge Green touch up 5oz. aerosol can. As you can see it is borderline visually indistinguishable under nearly all scenarios except full sun where the powder coat doesn't lighten as much as actual Sarge Green.

Good, I'm waiting on a sample of Prismatic's bayou green to see if it better matches sarge green under light. I figure with the wheels having a 2" lip, and generally appearing darker given the dust/dirt they quickly pick up, it may be better for me to match the lighter shades of sarge vs. nail the dark (which prismic's stated match does). Pushed back drop-off till next week, bayou green will be here Friday. Regardless which color I land on, they are going in next week for sure.

Quick update, ended up going with Prismatic's Bayou Green. Dropped the wheels off earlier today, should have them back by next Friday.

Just got word that powder is done, wheels are ready for pickup. They sent me a quick pic, super excited to grab them. Will post more when mounted!

Willys diesel, opted for the diesel compatible AEV spacer lift which comes with the procal. I initially planned for a robust solution but then got walloped by RTT pricing : o ). That plus I know I can't sell take-off Willys suspension and figure I'll try to get 20k miles or so out of it. Lastly the under sprung situation that many are reporting on the diesel hasn't been my experience. Not sure if it has anything to do with the prev gen rubicon shocks it comes with. To my knowledge the springs on the Willys are the same. Some are reporting that 10mph over a standard speed bump is bone jarring.

You may be right although the Willys gets rubicon prev Gen red shocks but not the rubi springs. It’s more like sport s diesel suspension with Rubi shocks. Other cost effective bits with the Willys package but the only height increase is from the slightly larger mud terrains.

I hit the faces with 2 coats of cquartz uk 3.0 ceramic. I’m getting up there in age and with them being quite flat, I can imagine gunk and mud just spraying right off. Will be able to test soon hehe.

I've finally gotten the wheels dialed in and couldn't be happier with the results. Massive delays were imposed post powder with logistics and mount/balance/alignment availability but man I'm so stoked with the results. After a test shot, they ended up adding more yellow to steer the prismatic bayou green closer to sarge.
