Has anyone who has a VIN and an estimated ship date talked to the concierge? Everyone says they keep telling them that production will not start till the end of May but I have an estimated ship date of May 16. Too lazy to call myself before anyone suggests that
Then perhaps it would be best for you to drink a red bull, then make the call. I would if I had a tentative ship date, that’s more than most people have, yet, your too lazy to call. Cmon man!

I consider it an exercise in futility to call. It will not change a thing for me so why not let the people who have a legitimate reason to call rather than me tying up the line.
Well, for starters you have an actual tentative ship date. Not a lot have those yet. Besides, if you don’t call, they may not feel right about getting paid for just sitting there, waiting for the phone to ring. Your giving them job security. Lol.

I called the LE concierge line after I got the email and left a not so nice message.

A rep called me back (I think her name was Barbara) to tell me everything is ok with my order. She said the email was sent to everyone mistakenly.
She was very nice and apologized for the confusion.
She sounded frustrated and tired...I bet she was worn out from talking to frustrated LE owners.

I already know what is going to happen here. My Gladiator is supposed to ship May 16 and it takes a couple weeks to get to the dealer. I am scheduled to be out of town starting June 1 for almost two whole weeks. I would almost bet my house that my Gladiator will arrive while I am gone and I will have to try to relax with my family knowing that people are sniffing around Tri-City trying to fondle and grope my Gladiator.

I already know what is going to happen here. My Gladiator is supposed to ship May 16 and it takes a couple weeks to get to the dealer. Ha e the dealer rope it off, or keep it in the back, with a do not touch sign.

I don't know if it is a good thing or a bad thing.

No email but D1 with est ship date.

So is this legit that they are just running through a queue now? I got the e-mail today and now I'm really tempted to order one. I did receive a call from my dealership on the LE sale day and I was at work and couldn't take the call. They never called back. I asked in an e-mail and they said it was a 1 day event.

I called the concierge line listed in the e-mail and got a bunch of spam automated messaging crap and hung up. Is this a number only a dealership can call?

Heard back from my dealer about an hour ago that he spoke with the district. Says everything is good and they accidentally sent the email out to everyone instead of only the people who haven’t gone through a dealer yet. It’s a good thing they have such a devoted following!

That concierge line is public. Give it a shot, call and get in the queue. There are definitely people who have bailed on orders.

You can check Jeep’s website to see if your window sticker exists. You can also google your VIN too. Unfortunately, for those of us without our window stickers, there’s nothing to ship but if you believe they’re going to place your rig on a rail car next Thursday you’d have your window sticker by now. If you do, please share!

I am in the exact same situation, leaving out of town the same time frame.
Don’t really trust my dealer, I’ll be pretty upset if I come back and there’s some test drive mileage on my LE.
