LED fog Light issues

So my buddy grabbed a steel bumper to replace his front plastic. It came with LED fogs installed. He had Halagens but we did use an ECRI and turned on LED fogs in programming. Lights will not turn on at all. I even took one out of the bumper and plugged it into my Jeep and did not work
( I have LEDS from the factory) I hate for him to have to buy new fogs if we make these work but we are out of ideas. any thoughts?

Maybe the leds are wired backwards?

I thought about that, that was why I tried them in my truck. could be a year difference I guess. Mine is a 20 his is a 23 and no clue what these came out of.

I would say that you need to double-check the brand of the fog he has. DO his original fogs still work?
