I posted links in another thread a while back for the CX in flat black (not their bedliner version) without windows for 2 grand. I just saw pictures of the Leer QX for the first time, and like that one better than the ARE. The steeper rear window and spoiler edge mimics the JL hard top well.

What model are the Yakima rails? Getting my Gobi Cx soon, but I wasn’t sold on the ones they offered. Looks great with the bigger tires
