-40. The vent hose didn’t like it.

I find the cowl at the wiper motor stem loads up with ice lifting the blade. Clean the cowl out as best you can to avoid ice pushing on the blade arm.

No problems here in Iowa - great winter vehicle.
Just be sure to use silicon on door and tailgate seals (if you have added those) or you might not get them open on days where it rains at 49 degrees then 4 hours later is 19 degrees with severe snow squalls that end up closing highways
