So i picked up some Black Rhino Kelso wheels 17×9 with some Nitto Ridge Grapplers 35×12.5×17 with 8k miles for $1900 to put on my 22 High Altitude. Was wondering whats the cheapest route to fit these 35's on the front end so they wont rub and if i need a stabilizer? Leveling kit or lift kit? My local shop is recommending a couple options . Im not gna do any serious off roading. I was also wondering if these 22 Rubicon shocks and front springs will allow me to put the 35's on the front. I messaged guy and he said yes. He said he took them off after 5k miles on them. Please let me know what route i shd go.

I've got a Teraflex leveling kit for sale, if you want. Only selling cause I went with a full AEV spacer lift verses just a front level. Only ran it for over a year.

Also I currently have Rubicon shocks and springs on my Overland. I initally added the leveling kit not cause I needed it, but more for aesthetics. But like I said if you want one I've got one hella cheap.

Hello there. How much are u asking for it and will the 1" be enough to fit the 35's or do i have to get the Rubicon fox shocks and springs? How much are the teraflex kits new?

You don't neccesarily need the Rubicon shocks and springs However, its an easy simple upgrade for better shocks/springs which is why a lot of ppl including myself swap to them.

You could run the 1" spacer alone, but honestly if youre going to run a leveling kit, why not just run the full 1.5" spacer. Everyone who adds any lift of any kind typically want more afterwards. It's inevitable lol. Hence the reason I ended up going higher lol. So to answer you question you dont need to do either, but if you can, I would just do both. And if not just start out with the leveling kit first and you can always get Rubicon take offs a dime a dozen. Everyone sells them after getting full lifts on their Rubicons.

Selling my Teraflex leveling kit $75. Normally $115 brand new. They used to be $150 when I bought it, but the cheapest I've seen online lately is $115 but I forget from where. In any case $75 for mine plus whatever shipping would be.

I went though this exact scenario with almost the same wheels and tires as you have.

I used the Skyjacker 2.5" under spring spacer with shock relocation brackets for the front level and it worked great...until I actually used the Jeep for off-roading. The front bottomed out pretty bad at any speed other than slow and the rear tires hit the fenders when flexing. I did not break them but almost, and I have 0mm offset...yours could be worse with -18mm.

If you wheel, you will need more lift or add rear bump stop extensions which then limits the articulation, so worse performance than stock. The front cleared fine but again, the stock travel and shocks are pretty limited for anything more than poking along, which is fine if that is all you do.

For the street, it will work great. For wheeling...not so much.
