Lifter - Cam Failure AGAIN

I had the first repair done for the dreaded lifter-cam failure last fall under warranty. Fast forward to today at 65K on the odometer, and I found the engine ticking away again. It'll go into the dealer in a bit over a week for the formal diagnosis.

My question is to those who have had this scenario occur: Were you able to get Jeep to do the repair under warranty due to the documentation of the previous failure?
