I dont like spacers either... that being said my 06 TJ is on 1.25” spacers with a 4” rock jock lift and 33”s. No problems in the last 5 years except nobody will work on it because of spacers. So either I do maintenance myself or go to a dedicated 4x4 shop, of which there is only one within 200 miles of me.Same. I need wider tires, or spacers. Lol. Just don't know if I should trust spacers or not.
Damn now I would almost consider it, but I always take mine to my love Chrysler dealership. I have actually have a good one with great mechanics and staff. But the spacers have not failed, have not come loose, and wheel bearings are still original at 130,000 miles.
yeah. I would say with a quality part and done right They are fine from a safety aspect unless your pushing 40” tires. personally, I will do everything possible to not have them on my JT once it is lifted, and will be trying to remove them from my TJ if I can find a way to keep the same rim. I just find it very inconvenient that some places wont even take the tire off to fix a flat if they are on and when traveling its impossible to know who will and wont touch them - even though they are not touched for a flat repair but that was the excuse given to me by several places. Lots of people have to CYA against liabilities these days.Damn now I would almost consider it, but I always take mine to my love Chrysler dealership. Semper Fi, Marine.A better shot from straight on.![]()
I think Nitto/Toyo makes some 35x11.50 options too.I guess it's relative.. I definitely agree the gladiator swallows "normal" size tires. I really don't like the look with regular street tires, I think the truck looks too long.
But I am more of a pizza cutter style fan. I wish there were more 35+" tires available in 10.5 - 11. 5" widths like the Kendas.
To me, 2" of poke is massive lol.
Yours look great from this angleI love the ass on mine ??‍…flush tire/fender but I agree, a little poke would look better

Yeah, I think all terrains look much better. Those crazy flat looking tires look like a business man’s dream, prob to the office and back every dayI personally think wranglers are ugly too. But... I've had 3 of them and 1 gladiator. They are a beautiful, utilitarian kind of ugly. Also, I think they look much better with a set of all terrain tires or MT tires. I don't like the look with regular tread.
Thank you!Yours look great from this angle
Busted! But nobody's looking at the taller Jeep.
Yes it is kinda “goofy” looking from the rear, especially if it has the “rake” in the suspension.Love my Gladiator from every angle except the rear. The Rubicon/Mohave helps but still off in my mind. I think it is mostly the look of the back of the cab…
