David , I am an old guy and we are supposed to be wise.
I would pass unless you can find out what the important mods like lift kit, steering upgrade, track bars, and gearing . The description calls a Warn winch a “cosmetic option” , the low miles should be explained, probably a show truck to market products, probably not ever used. The Super Charger is no go as far as I am concerned , it’s a five year old truck at $70,000 with super charger there are a lot of posts here about problems with them, if you need the juice get a used V-8.
All comes down to what do you need in your truck , I saw your other thread about the Rubicon, two very different trucks. You and I are old are you going to be climbing up the ladder to that at least 130lb. tent on top? Do you need the lift, huge tires and that expensive jack hanging on the bumper would be better cared for under the back seat, not shown off on bumper.
I enjoy wrenching on my truck I’m only 68 my lovely wife is always telling me I act like a six year old, perfect. I enjoy wheeling in a unlifted Mojave skidded up and getting through…good luck on your choice…..Jack

I'm an old man, have no time to buy a base model and mod it up!
Instead you'll be walking to the store for hot soup when the engine explodes. I have never seen a good outcome with Superchargers on our rigs.

What is the backstory behind this JT? Was it a SEMA build that they dumped a bunch of money into, and then just parked it in a showroom for 4 years afterwards?

Pros. For what is on this JT, and with the low miles, it is certainly worth that price. If you want it, buy it, because it will cost you far more to do that on your own. This is especially the case if you are "old". How old is that anyway? I'm getting up there in my mid 60s now, and I admit that on some modifications I now pay a good shop to do the work instead of doing it myself. If you are like that, the cost of "doing it yourself" will be even higher.

Now for the cons. The green wheels are dumb looking. All of the overlanding stuff it is festooned with would be a waste for me, I wouldn't use them. Are you to an age where you would rather just get a motel room for a night instead of sleeping in a roof top tent? I go to Moab almost every month to run a few trails. I just get a motel room. I do sleep in a tent for one night on each yearly running of the Rubicon. And I will sleep in a tent for a couple nights this year on the Dusy Ershim. I wouldn't be doing those trails with this JT though. It is "built", but not to the level of the Jeep I run these trails with.

I say get it if you want it. You only live once, you can't take it with you, and you should never regret not doing something you want to do.

I'm thinking now, just a Wrangler Unlimited put the backseat down and sleep inside, seen plenty of videos on it, and look at the money I'm saving, rack, rooftop tent or just keep what I have now it's paid off

Depending how tall you are that might or might not be comfy, I've done that in 4drs, slept diagonally, I am a whopping 5 foot 8 inches. Had the seat all the way forward, it def works and is stealthy if that ever matters.
