Looking for a decal.

Does anyone make this decal without the star? Thinking about trying to find one instead of ordering the factory one as shown. I am thinking maybe it's a good idea to put one in this spot to keep the kids from scratching the paint with school bags and such while getting in. I didn't include the decal on my build for a quote but can still add it before I put my deposit down. $400 to add it though.

That is most definitely doable and for a lot less than $400, even if you want some other design instead of the star integrated.

Could look at doing a clear paint protection film or just a strip if vinyl if you aren't wanting anything but a bit of protection.

Good to know. I do like their design but have had thoughts of just all black. I will get with you as soon as they take my deposit and we can discuss. Thanks

I take my 2 kids to school every morning, each with a backpack. My son goes to TKD twice a week, and always tosses his backpack on a back seat. That part of the body has never had any signs of contact. None. Honestly, I wouldn't add that decal trying to use the reasoning of paint protection. The plain black will look out of place IMO.

If you are really worried about paint protection, just get clear film applied. I have clear XPel applied to the rocker areas, which IS a place that kids will regularly make contact with when getting in & out.
